Award-winning Executive Creative Director and winner of Campaign’s Inspiring Women ‘Conquering Creativity’ Award 2024.

I am a true leader of the creative department who believes in inspiring and empowering the people I work with to create unexpected and impactful ideas in any form, across any channel.

My advertising career began with a 10 year stint at BBH under Sir John Hegarty, cutting my teeth on the likes of Levis and Boddingtons. I then moved to WCRS, which became Engine where I was Creative director for over 15 years. During this time, as well as creating award winning work myself, I creatively led BMW, Orange, Churchill and BUPA. My most recent role was ECD at House337.

I creatively led House337 during its critical first two years as a new agency, successfully pushing for the highest and most effective levels of creativity to deliver work that really does ‘MAKE BETTER’. This has resulted in impactful and award-winning creative output right across the client roster for long-standing partnerships such as Santander, Sky, Women’s Aid and E.ON, to more recent clients such as PETA, Autistica, Missing People, Cass and Greene King.

The above work was widely recognised in 2023, accumulating over 50 creative awards at Cannes, D&AD, Creative Circle and Campaign BIG, culminating in winning International Agency of the year at Kinsale.

One of my achievements includes breaking convention on Santander by using Ant & Dec to tell the client’s story through a spoof bank. Santander’s fraud campaign for ‘Scammerpants’, fronted by the bank of Antandec, reduced losses to fraud by 30% and gave the bank record breaking reach on TikTok for the first time ever.

I am also extremely proud of the multi- award winning domestic abuse campaign for Women’s Aid “ He’s coming Home” which generated 23 million social views and became the 8th most shared post during The World Cup. It scooped up awards in all major charity categories across UK awards and Cannes.

I am dedicated to advancing DE&I and led the agency’s partnership with Autistica , with a drive to make the recruitment process more inclusive. I have also been an active mentor for Creative Equals for the past four years with my mentees winning top prize each time. This year I am part of the British Arrows Craft jury and Foreperson for Creative Circle Gold jury.
